October Unprocessed: A Tale of Tainted Honey

Last year, I met Andrew of Eating Rules at a food blogger conference in Seattle. We immediately hit it off as two people who share a passion for wanting to eat food that’s good for us and good for the planet. Last October, Andrew threw down a challenge to eliminate all processed foods from our diets for the entire month of October. As someone who already makes most food from scratch, I thought this would be easy. Yet, it’s surprising how many processed products are lurking around every corner–even in your healthy food stores.
